Im still around…not that anyone reads this blog. I will be posting some posts about products i have recently purchased and some new distros i have tried on my laptops. Maybe rant about school and brag about my motorcycle too…i dont know. Main gripe i have right now is the lack of internet at the house, you would figure someone would have run cable or atleast copper around here. But alas i am stuck tethering my droid with 1 bar of 3g, so needless to say i am down to checking my forums using their mobile gateways. Atleast i have something to get online with.

So its the last weekend before fall semester starts. That means Wednesday is the first day of class. Alot of things are going through my head as i think about this If i would not have fucked off like i did, i would probably already have my degree and be out in the real world work force. Then again, if i wouldnt have fucked off like i did i would not be the person i am today, i feel that i have grown alot over the last 4 years, and now its time to focus on graduating and moving on. I am alot more social and better equipped i feel then i was when i first stepped foot on campus. I dont think money or clout could ever make me feel they way i do now about myself, and i think that is part of the college experience. I have some difficult classes in front of me this semester, Cryptography with Dr Burris, Database systems with Dr. Hartness, Stat with Dr. Holt, and Discrete math with a prof i have not had before. This weekend ill be helping my brother move into his dorm, then getting myself ready for Wednesday. Work full days Monday and Tuesday, then i will only work all day Tuesday and Thursday, odd hours mon-we-fri.

My goals for this semester: update this blog more often, put some projects in that section (both class work and personal fedora code and other code i want to play with). Get the pages setup for my truck and motorcycle and dog. But my main goal is a 3.0. I would love a 4.0 but we shall see what happens.
